f⁶it Gift Aid Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to support f⁶it (Charity Registration Number: 1208281).
Your donation helps us provide inclusive therapeutic play, sports, and recreational activities for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs, alongside their families and friends.
By adding Gift Aid to your donation, you allow us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ticking the Gift Aid box.
Eligibility for Gift Aid
By making a Gift Aid declaration, you confirm that:
You are a UK taxpayer.
You understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations, it is your responsibility to pay the difference.
You are donating your own money and not funds from a collection, business, or on behalf of someone else.
You are not receiving anything in return for your donation (e.g. a ticket, raffle entry, or service).
If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and wish to claim the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return, or ask HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to adjust your tax code.
If any of the above changes or becomes untrue, it is your responsibility to inform f⁶it.
What f⁶it will do
Use your declaration to claim Gift Aid from HMRC on your donation(s).
Keep your details only for the purposes of processing Gift Aid claims, in line with our Privacy Policy.

All donations made in the past 4 years.
All future donations, unless you notify us otherwise.
You may cancel your Gift Aid declaration at any time by contacting us:
