What to expect
Our popular Boccia club runs on alternate Saturday afternoons during term time.
Boccia is one of the most inclusive sports and can be adapted for all needs and abilities. Children and young people with any additional needs and disabilities as well as their family/friends can join the fun!
Who is it for?
Boccia is played from a seated position and activities can be adapted for children and young people with complex physical disabilities and for those with visual impairment.
Boccia is also suitable for children and young people with learning disabilities, neurodivergence, physical disabilities and other complex disabilities.
Parents, carers, siblings and friends can book and join in too!
Dates & times: Fortnightly Saturdays during term time from 15:00-16:30
Flexible start and end time to accommodate those who need settling in, need breaks and/or need to leave earlier
Venue: The Edge Leisure Centre, Woolmer Hill Road, Haslemere, GU271QB (Full venue details)
Coaches: Leonard Amos & Willem van der Merwe
Age range: 5 - 25
Capacity: 12 participants
Children and young people must be accompanied by a parent or carer
Cost: £3 per participant

What do I need? Comfortable clothing and water to drink. All Boccia equipment will be provided.
Please note: The sports hall can get quite noisy, so please bring ear defenders with you if required.
