The Edge Leisure Centre is a community space where f⁶it hosts majority of its activities, including inclusive sport and clubs for disabled children and young people, alongside their families, carers and friends.

What to expect
A friendly, relaxed and safe environment where everyone is valued, supported and encouraged.
A range of adapted and inclusive sports, games and fitness activities, suitable for all abilities and energy levels.
Activities are designed to build confidence, friendships and fun in a non-judgemental space.
f⁶it coaches and volunteers are trained in inclusive practice and are always on hand to support.

All sessions are designed to be inclusive, non-crowded, sensory-aware and adaptable.

Assistance dogs are welcome, and parents/carers are encouraged to join in or observe comfortably.
Who is it for?
These f⁶it sessions are open to disabled children and young people, and their siblings, parents, carers and friends. Come as you are and enjoy movement, connection and fun in a welcoming environment.
