The Edge Leisure Centre is a community space where f⁶it hosts majority of its activities, including inclusive sport and clubs for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs, alongside their families, carers and friends.

What to expect
A friendly, relaxed and safe environment where everyone is valued, supported and encouraged.
A range of adapted and inclusive sports, games and fitness activities, suitable for all abilities and energy levels.
Activities are designed to build confidence, friendships and fun in a non-judgemental space.
f⁶it coaches and volunteers are trained in inclusive practice and are always on hand to support.

Who is it for?
These f⁶it sessions are open to children and young people with disabilities or additional needs, and their siblings, parents, carers and friends. Come as you are and enjoy movement, connection and fun in a welcoming environment.
