Who is it for?
This movement and stretch Dance class can be adapted for all disabled children and young people with their siblings and families. Whether seated or ambulant, high or low energy - all are welcome and we encourage families to come and participate together.
What to expect
Dance Club is in partnership with Synergy Dance Outreach, which runs alternate Saturday’s throughout the term
Our friendly Dance Tutor engages the children to help them dance and move to music, express themselves and have fun. There is no pressure to move in certain ways, the classes will be inclusive and adapted to the needs of the attendees
Dates & times: Fortnightly Saturdays during term time from 09:30-10:30.

Cost: £3 per person
What do I need? Comfortable clothing and water to drink.
*Please note that the studio can get quite noisy, so please bring ear defenders with you if required
