What to expect
Our Family Swim Sessions take place in an accessible hydrotherapy pool and allow families to swim together in a less crowded and quieter environment than a public leisure facility.
Who is it for?
For any child and young person, aged 0-25, with additional needs and/or disability with their family and friends.
Dates & times: Monthly Saturday sessions during term time from 17:00-17:45 & morning sessions during school holidays
Venue: Pond Meadow School, Larch Ave, Guildford, GU1 1DR (Full venue details)
Support: These sessions are supported by a swim teacher and children’s physiotherapists
Capacity: up to 8 participants
- Children/young people must be accompanied in the pool by a parent/carer 
Cost: £3 per participant (including parent/carer)
- Sibling/family discounts available 
What do I need? Appropriate swimming clothes, towels, goggles & an additional sling if hoisting is required. A selection of floats are available for use.
