Who is it for?
These sessions are most appropriate for children and young people aged 5-16 with physical disabilities, particularly for those who are active wheelchair users and those with ambulant physical disabilities.
Children and young people with other disabilities and additional needs are welcome to try it out too. Siblings and friends in this age range can book and join in too!
What to expect?
Our popular Wheelchair multi-sports runs on alternate Saturday afternoons during term time.
We provide all the equipment, including sport wheelchairs.
Sessions are kicked off with skills practice followed by games and matches in a variety of sports such as basketball, volleyball, racquet sports, rugby and rounders.
Dates & times: Fotnightly Saturdays during term time from 15:00-16:30

What do I need? Comfortable clothing and water to drink. We provide the rest.
Please note: The sports hall can get quite noisy, so please bring ear defenders with you if required.
